Operation Crackdown

Parking on pavements is a nuisance and has the potential to cause injury to pedestrians. It is therefore anti-social and can be reported online to the Sussex Police Force via http://www.operationcrackdown.org/. Leaving a vehicle blocking a footway, driveway or crossing point can also be considered anti-social and reported to police. Members of the public may submit the vehicle registration number (licence plate) of vehicles seen driving on the footway, obstructing footways, etc. along with the make, model and colour of vehicle; details about when and where the incident happened and any information that may help police to identify the driver in confidence.
